I am very pleased to announce another addition to the COMM-ORG papers collection:
C. Ken Shannon, A Community Development Approach to Rural Recruitment
Rural Health Care faces many challenges, not the least of which is recruiting physicians to rural areas. This paper looks at the community processes involved in that recruitment process, with a community development lens.
