Improving Access to Health Care: Building a Community-Based Program
This manual presents the highlights of the knowledge from Communities in Charge in a logical and practical format. With step-by-step instructions, the manual describes the tasks associated with: preparing for such a project, analyzing the environment and designing the program and developing business and implementation plans along with recommendations for carrying out each of these tasks. Throughout the manual, detailed examples from Communities in Charge participating communities and key findings from the initiative as a whole enhance the text.
