New Hanbook: inclusion in national and community service

The new handbook, “Inclusion: Creating an Inclusive Environment” is now available to be downloaded from the National Service Resource Center website at the following address:

This handbook for the inclusion of people with disabilities is designed specifically for national and community service programs. It will assist you as you work to fully and meaningfully include individuals with disabilities in your program. You will find specific resources to assist you in different areas of outreach, recruitment, selection, and retention of participants with disabilities.
It can be downloaded either as one large document (1.58 MB) or in smaller chunks by section.
In the near future, the handbook will be available as an accessible document on the website of the National Service Inclusion Project:
