Unlocking the Potential of Nursing, a new resource guide designed to help grantmakers working at the local level address the nursing shortage, was developed by Ed O’Neil, Beth Mertz and Jenny Vance with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and The Johnson & Johnson Campaign for Nursing’s Future.
