New Energy Loan available
The City of Philadelphia will launch the Philadelphia Energy Loan Program, which is designed to assist low moderate income homeowners to increase the energy efficiency of their homes, even if their credit is less than perfect. Intake for the Philadelphia Energy Loan will be taken at 5 of the Neighborhood Energy Centers: ACORN, Congreso, New Kensington CDC, Partnership CDC and Southwest CDC beginning in October.
