NEW COVID-19 Response Pro Bono Programs: Quick, tangible, capacity-building opportunities
On Demand Consulting
On Demand Consulting Projects aim to address a single issue and provide information or options to nonprofits in two to six weeks. Nonprofits will be connected to an individual, or small team, with the relevant experience to understand the nonprofit’s challenge quickly and provide a tailored product to meet its needs. These pro bono projects range widely in scope, addressing issues around finance, fundraising, communications, technology, programs, and HR.
Thought Partners
Nonprofit Executive Directors are facing urgent decisions regarding programs, staff, and finances. Compass is recruiting seasoned business professionals to support nonprofit leaders as they think through challenges. Thought Partners will be a sounding board for EDs by discussing options, considering actions, and serving as a confidante. This connection provides an opportunity for nonprofit leaders to brainstorm ideas and consider solutions with an experienced, objective person on a one-time or ongoing basis.
