New Community Service Edition of Just Neighbors Toolkit

The new 2011 Community Service Edition of Just Neighbors, designed for schools, colleges and federally funded programs is ready for shipment on Tuesday, January 25th.
The new toolkit features edited videos, new packaging in a durable and attractive tote bag and up-to-date poverty figures. All at a reduced price of $135.00.
Just Neighbors offers a transformational learning opportunity for students, faculty, and the community
* to understand poverty, inspire service, and promote advocacy
* to prepare for community service, raise community awareness, “unpacking” after a service learning experience
* for classes in sociology, child development, or urban studies, and for education internships
* for professional development and community outreach, mission coordination, and volunteer recruitment
Your Just Neighbors ToolKit will include:
* A facilitator’s guide, with the information and instructions you need to lead any or all of the nine Just Neighbors sessions.
* Original videos, for use in five of the sessions.
* A compact disc, decision-making booklets, cards, and cards for use in various sessions.
