New Certificate Programs at CCP

Free career certificate programs offered
The Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Mental Retardation Services is partnering with Community College of Philadelphia to help unemployed and underemployed individuals kick of their careers with three new free certificate programs.
Programs include Social and Human Services Assistant Certificate, Insurance Billing Certificate and Network and Systems Administrator Certificate.
To qualify, you must be 18 or older, a resident of Philadelphia and currently unemployed or working less than 20 hours per week. In addition, you must have a high school diploma or have completed some college and not be enrolled in any other academic program or institution.
Sessions will be held:
— August 19th from 10am-noon at Community College of Philadelphia 1751 Callowhill Street, Center for Business and Industry;
— August 25th from noon-2pm at DBH/MRS, 801 Market Street, Large Conference Room;
— August 27th from 5:30-7:30pm at Philadelphia Recover Community Center, 1701 Lehigh Avenue.
