APA Journal Article Urges Economic Impact Reviews for Retail Supercenters
CHICAGO — A new article published in the autumn edition of the Journal of the American Planning Association (JAPA), the scholarly journal of the American Planning Association, encourages communities to conduct economic impact reviews for proposed Wal-Mart supercenters.
