Neubauer Fellowship in Educational Leadership

The Neubauer Fellowship in Educational Leadership is open to charter, parochial, and district-run public school principals serving in a Philadelphia school. Successful candidates for the program must have at least one year of experience as a principal prior to the Fellowship year and will demonstrate skill in: setting a school-wide vision; creating a school culture that develops and engages staff and is focused on student achievement; identifying exemplary instructional practices; efficiently managing school operations and communications; and nurturing a safe, supportive environment for students characterized by high expectations.
