Neighborhood Revitalization and Sustainability. Karen Lowrie, Rutgers University?s Center for Neighborhood and Brownfields Redevelopment
VISIONS OF THE FUTURE Civic Organizations such as the Reading Viaduct will discuss building support for the conversion of the Reading Viaduct rail line into an elevated park (like The High Line in NYC) as well as the conversion of the waterfront Peco Generating Station into an art museum (like the Tate Modern in London).
