Trends in Intergenerational Mobility

The National Bureau for Economic Research has released a working paper entitled, “Is the United States Still a Land of Opportunity? Recent Trends in Intergenerational Mobility.” The report looks at the incomes of two generations to chart variations in mobility over geography and time.
