Join us for a community conversation to learn more about actions you can take and resources to take advantage of if you are trying to maintain your property or modify your home to suit special needs.
According to the city’s Housing for Equity plan, revitalizing old housing stock is one of Philadelphia’s biggest challenges. With nearly 90% of housing units over 30 years old and many in need of upgrades, it is important to understand existing home repair resources and how to prepare yourself to apply for and participate in these programs.
