New Network for Service-Learning Practitioners in Rural Communities
The National Rural Service-Learning Online Network, sponsored by Service-Learning Northwest/ESD 112 with support from the Corporation for National Service?s Learn and Serve America, supports service-learning practitioners who live in isolated, rural communities. The network provides opportunities to share ideas, experiences and resources related to the field of service-learning and civic engagement. Offerings include a peer mentorship program, guest speakers, an online resource center, an online book club, conversation areas, and online professional development courses. There is no fee to join the network.
