“Celebrating 40 Years of Migrant Education! Making a Mile High Commitment to our Future”

(Pre-Conferences April 1, 2006)
Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center
This year, at the National Migrant Education Conference we celebrate the
40th birthday of the Title I Migrant Education Program. The conference affords all of us an opportunity to rededicate ourselves to the education of migrant children, to learn what has worked in the classroom, in identification and recruitment, in support services, and in advocacy. It also emboldens us to look to the future to new initiatives and ideas to serve these children and their families.
