National Hunger Free Community Summit

The 2011 National Hunger Free Community Summit is a free event sponsored by the Alliance to End Hunger in cooperation with the USDA, Feeding America, The Food Research and Action Center and Share Our Strength. The Summit will provide the opportunity for current and aspiring Hunger Free Community organizers to hear from experts in the field about innovative models for building community coalitions, successful strategies and best practices for coordinating hunger relief, and how to leverage available public and private resources to support Hunger Free work. The summit will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Capitol Hilton in Washington, DC. Click here for more information and to register online.
