National Health Corps: Community Health Fellowship

The National Health Corps: Community Health Fellowship, program of Greater Philadelphia is now recruiting members for our 22-23 Winter cohort (start dates in March/April), and invite passionate people who are eager to use their community knowledge, life experience, and training to help build healthier communities to apply. NHC: Community Health Fellowship recruits, trains, and places individuals in not-for-profit health and social service organizations where members will serve in Community Health Worker, Digital Health Navigator, or Medical Interpreter roles and receive accredited training, supervision, and experience needed to jump start meaningful public health careers.
Members receive a stipend of $25,500 over the course of their service term (the equivalent of $15 per hour) and will have access to benefits, and a $6,495 Federal Education Award at the successful completion of their service term.

- Digital Health Navigator: Help patients use technology and digital health tools to connect to care. (Montgomery/Chester county residents only)
- Health and Wellness Navigator: Provide support to patients in making lifestyle changes. (Philadelphia residents)
- Immigrant Health Navigator: Guide newly arrived refugees in navigating the U.S. healthcare system. (Philadelphia residents)
- Wyss Wellness Center Community Health Navigator: Advance immigrant/refugee health through diverse community programming. (Philadelphia residents)
