>> The National Endowment for Financial Education is accepting proposals for programs to educate the public (especially young people and members of underserved, low-income groups) on how to better manage personal finances. Proposed projects should encourage personal savings and investment as a means to financial security. The average grant is $50,000. The application deadline is April 6.
