March 1-3, 2005: Visit the CCPH exhibit at the 19th National Conference on Chronic Disease Prevention and Control: Health Disparities: Progress, Challenges, and Opportunities in Atlanta, Georgia. This conference will focus on efforts to eliminate disparities and will explore more rigorous approaches for accomplishing the Healthy People 2010 objectives. The major goal of the conference is to accelerate the rate of progress in improving the lives for those at highest risk for poor health, including racial and ethnic minorities, and low-income and less educated populations.
