The National Community Investment Fund (NCIF) will hold its Annual Development Banking Conference on November 2 and 3, 2011 in Chicago.
The conference, which takes place with the support of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, is the only annual event focused on providing best practices and knowledge sharing opportunities for community development banks, investors, and stakeholders interested in community and economic development. It will also offer industry perspectives and actionable strategies presented by knowledgeable and invested speakers who bring much needed perspectives on important topics relevant to the community development banking community.
Donna J. Gambrell, director of the CDFI Fund, and Sandra Thompson, the director of the Division of Supervision and Consumer Protection at the FDIC, will be keynote speakers at this year’s conference.
