* Thriving Networks – Engage in with peers from around the country in professional development sessions. Find out about how networks are increasing the capacity of place-based nonprofits and developing partnerships to advance prosperity in lower-income communities.
* Healthy Places – Learn about policies, practices, and partnerships that improve the social determinants of health in the communities we serve.
* Creative Places – Explore how arts and culture can engage communities and create more vibrant and equitable places where people live, work, and play.

The summit will be held at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square, located at 1800 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
