MSEP MCAT Prep Academy: Seeking Applicants and Mentors – Oct 1

We are excited to share that the Pipeline Committee of the Medical Society of Eastern Pennsylvania (MSEP) is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 MSEP MCAT Prep Academy.

Program Overview:

The MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) is a critical component of the medical school application process. To support college students in their journey towards becoming successful medical professionals, we have created the MSEP MCAT Prep Academy. This program is designed to equip underrepresented students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in the MCAT and secure admission to medical schools utilizing a program centered on the UWorld test prep.

Program Info:

  • Scholarships for eligible students
  • Six-month online program starting October 2024
  • Access to UWorld question bank
  • Mock exams
  • Tips for mental readiness
  • Mentorhip

Participation Criteria:

  • Underrepresented minority college student/college graduate
  • Planning to take MCAT in spring/summer 2025
  • Minimum GPA 2.8
  • Resident of the greater Philadelphia region and/or current attendance in a college/graduate school in greater Philadelphia metropolitan area
