Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a dynamic nonprofit, works to improve maternal and child health and well-being through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities.
MCC is seeking a Program Manager for their Northwest Philadelphia MOMobile program.
Program Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the program site including conducting outreach, follow-up, and home visiting to pregnant women and families with young children and assist them in accessing healthcare and family support services. Will recruit, hire and supervise staff; coordinate staff schedules, use MCC data base, manage reduced client caseload, provide HIV prevention services, organize parent meetings, and develop & implement community outreach & education.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in social work, public health, or a related field and two years of relevant experience. Candidates will also have strong leadership skills, experience supervising, excellent written, communication, organizational and computer skills, knowledge of community resources and an interest in maternal and child health. Valid driver’s license required. Position located in Northwest part of Philadelphia.
