The Mayor’s Office of Community Services Community Technology Center is recruiting for its Saturday Program. All classes require pre-registration prior to class start date. Classes are located at 5700 N. Broad Street, 3rd floor (Broad and Chew, Beneficial Bank, entrance on Chew Avenue). Call (215) 685-3500 for more information.
Basic Computer 101
Introductory course covering computer basics, Intro to MS Word and Excel, setting up and using an electronic mail (email) account, and surfing the Internet for research, personal, and business use.
PC Troubleshooting, Repair, and Upgrading
Introductory hands-on course covering PC terminology, troubleshooting techniques, repair basics, and upgrade and installation procedures.
Each class meets every Saturday for 8 weeks, 10:00 a.m. ? 12:00 p.m., beginning February 7, 2004 and ending Saturday, March 27, 2004.
