This webinar is designed for nonprofit staff and leadership members who want to develop clear, compelling, and consistent brand experience (visual identity and messages) across all your communication channels and marketing materials.
This fast-paced, one-hour training will help you consider how to build your organization’s public image with strategically targeted, engaging identity and messaging created to build brand awareness and support. It will focus on best practices for building a strong brand purpose and personality, from critiquing your most essential positioning language to evaluating the images and stories you share with donors, clients, and other stakeholders.
This webinar will help leadership and fundraising professionals at all levels learn how brand purpose and positioning are an important part of fundraising.
Expected Outcomes:
1. Learn the differences between a statement of mission and vision, and how they align with your brand’s actions, behaviors, and communications.
2. Explore examples of brands that have successfully expressed their purpose across multiple media.
3. Learn a three-step process to engaging your stakeholders in developing inspiring brand messaging.
Speaker: Claudia Zeldin
Claudia Zeldin is a partner at Growth for Good and an accomplished professional consultant with 30+ years of nonprofit marketing and management experience. She has a strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, brand messaging, and interim executive leadership. Claudia has consulted, coached, trained, and created campaigns for more than 150 for-profit agencies, nonprofit agencies, and educational organizations. Clients include: Alliance/AIDS Service Center, American Foundation for the Blind, Brooklyn Community Housing and Services, CoveCare Center, City University of New York, Foundation for Jewish Camps, LEAPnyc, Pajama Project, and more.
Claudia loves sharing her knowledge and has provided training for the NYC Mayor’s Office, National Philanthropy Day, NYN Media’s FundCon/MarkCon, National School Foundation Association, Planned Giving Council of NH/VT, Support Center/Partnership in Philanthropy, Vera Institute, and others.
For 20+ years, Claudia has served as a devoted board member of DREAM serving on their Strategic Planning Committee since 1991, and is currently the Board Secretary of their DREAM Charter School. Claudia holds a B.A. in Communications from Tulane University.
