The Urban Affairs Coalitions’ Community Economic Development department is excited to share the release of the Mini-PHIL & PHIL-Plus Home Improvement Program 2003 – 2017 Impact Report. This report highlights the work of CED in advocating for and continuing the program over the past 14 years, which has helped leverage $8.8 million in private sector lending to Philadelphia homeowners to revitalize their communities without displacement.
