Who Should Participate?
Mid-level nonprofit managers who supervise frontline employees, managers or teams; oversee day-to-day operations; and are accountable for implementing organizational strategies developed by the board and executive leadership.

Refine your skills, elevate your team’s performance, and enhance how you contribute to your organization’s success
What Else Should You Know?
• In-person seats are limited (40 total, max 2 per org)
• Participation is free thanks to BLBB Charitable Sponsorship (lunch included)
• Tuesdays, January 7 and 21; February 4 and 18, 2025
• 12:00-1:45pm, 2506 N. Broad St, Lansdale, 19446 (Walton Room)
The application for this 4-part, free series is open now through December 11!
Selected applicants will be notified by email by Monday, December 16. We can accept up to 40 individuals and will use an equity-based decision making model if more than 40 applications are received. Thank you!
