Microgrants Available from Philadelphia Public School Giving Circle
The PPSGC is a Donor-Advised Fund dedicated solely to providing small, timely grants to support traditional neighborhood public elementary schools in disadvantaged communities. The Circle is governed cooperatively by the group of founding and additional Donors, who will make funding decisions on a rolling basis approximately once per marking period. The PPSCG is designed as a nimble, small-grant fund to cover basic needs in those schools in which such needs are hard or impossible to cover by other means. The typical grant will be in the $250-500 range. The intended grant recipient will be a principal, teacher, or leader of a Home & School or Friends group. Click here to apply!
