Excellence in Affordable Housing.
The MetLife Foundation in partnership with Enterprise Community Partners recognizes organizations that excel in property and asset management or provide housing to people with special needs. Awards are presented in two categories: supportive housing and property and asset management. Eligible applicants include nonprofits and community-based organizations. The deadline for applications is May 4, 2007. Approximately 3 prizes ranging from $10,000-$35,000 are available and may be used to cover any needs of the winning organizations.
