Help inspire the next generation of women leaders by signing up to be a mentor in the Girls Today, Leaders Tomorrow (GTLT) program. Mentors will provide one-on-one support for 9th grade GTLT participants on a weekly basis for at least one academic year. Weekly contact for a minimum of 1 hour and in-person meetings for two of the four contacts per month are required. This opportunity is great for the busy professional woman who would like to give back and share her knowledge with an aspiring leader in Philadelphia and needs a flexible program that takes place outside of normal business hours.
