Arise Academy seeks mentors, tutors for teens in foster care
The Arise Academy, a charter high school specializing in the education of children involved with the foster care system, is seeking adult mentors to build supportive relationships with the school’s students after they graduate.
Many of the students are interested in having a mentor who can help guide and encourage them in meeting their responsibilities at college and in their work. Others students have expressed interest in tutors who can assist them in their course work.
