Overview of the Mental Wellness Case Worker:
The primary mission of the Mental Wellness Case Worker is to ensure there is reliable guidance, consultation, and intervention available to monthly meetings, quarterly meetings, other local Quaker communities, and to PYM staff while running PYM programs. The Case Worker operates in concert with the Friends Counseling Service (FCS) Counselors and reports to the FCS Coordinator.
Hourly rate: $30 – $40/10-15 hours per month

Case Worker Duties:
- Respond as needed to acute mental health issues in monthly meetings, quarterly meetings, and other local Quaker communities that require a professional level of guidance.
- Work with the FCS Coordinator to ensure there is someone (the case worker or another clinician) on call during PYM events to provide necessary, professional consultation.
- Respond as needed to requests for guidance from PYM staff in the course of their work with community members in various configurations.
