According to recent poll, 43% of Philadelphia residents and businesses experienced difficulty paying their energy bills last year! As energy prices continue to rise, and bill payment assistance doesn?t, more and more Philadelphians will become ?payment troubled?.
90% of residences in Philadelphia reported that they made an effort to use less energy last year. [1] Faced with record high prices and no coherent energy policy, Americans of all incomes are hungry for accurate information on how to save energy. How can we meet the challenge?
