Medical Transportation, Community Conversations – Jun 30/Jul 1
Posted by PA Health Access Network on June 15, 2021
If you’ve had issues with transportation to medical appointments, you’re not alone. Many Pennsylvanians struggle to pay for gas or parking, apply for medical transportation benefits, or schedule rides with medical assistance transportation providers. These issues are especially severe for rural Pennsylvanians as well as people with mobility issues and other disabilities.
We need better access to medical transportation benefits.
If you’ve experienced any of these issues, we invite you to join in for two community conversations this month. This is your chance to share your experiences and ideas on how to make medical transportation benefits more accessible to all Pennsylvanians.
Dates and Times:
- Wednesday, June 30th, 10 am
- Thursday, July 1st, 6:30 pm
You are welcome to attend one or both sessions. Register here.
