January 10: Mayor?s Children?s Summit 2006. The Honorable John F. Street, Mayor of the City of Philadelphia will be hosting the Summit on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 from 8am-4pm at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza Hotel. This event will bring together a range of constituents committed to improving the well-being, health, and safety of Philadelphia?s children. By engaging government agencies, business leaders, public and private organizations, faith-based groups and community leaders, the Summit will provide opportunities for participants to share their perspectives, gain new insights and review the City?s progress towards advancing a collective agenda for children, youth, and families.
