Three in five Philadelphians think affordable housing needs to be a top priority for the city’s next mayor to address. And “Black Philadelphians and households making less than $50,000 — populations deeply affected by housing policies from the federal to the local level — are most likely to say housing affordability and homelessness should be top priorities for Philadelphia.” according to a recent article in the Philadelphia Inquirer.
