May is Buy Local Philly Month
Buy Local Philly is a campaign that Sustainable Business Network is launching in May to get consumers to shop and purchse from locally-owned, independent businesses. Buying local keeps moneyin the neighborhood, and builds a strong, local living economy. West Philadephia and Old City are the two pilot neighborhoods we are focusing in for this campaign, which will drive consumers to participating businesses through transit & print ads and a bold door-to-door effort. Participating businesses also receive a campaign kit, a webite listing, and will be featured in a City Paper ad.
