Math Workshop for Elementary School Teachers
The Pennsylvania Mathematics Initiative (PMI) is seeking participants for a professional
development opportunity at Penn State University. This is a two-week summer workshop hosted on the Penn State Brandywine campus in Media, Pennsylvania.
Since 2013, PMI has worked with 48 teachers from 13 different school districts across Pennsylvania.
“I learned a lot about math and a lot about teaching. I have a new appreciation for how my students feel when learning new concepts and feel that I have a better understanding to help them work through their misunderstandings.”
