Masc Ally Month is a partnership between Gender Justice Fund and the Masculinity Action Project at Lutheran Settlement House designed to engage and equip men and masculine-identified individuals to become allies for gender justice, specifically here in the Philly region.
As abortion advocates nationwide brace for the overturning of Roe this summer, MAP is gearing up to support the work of local groups like the Women’s Centers, Abortion Liberation Fund of PA and others.
“Abortion Helpline, This is Lisa” is a 15 min documentary about the important work of the Abortion Liberation Fund of PA. ALF PA provides necessary funds to people seeking abortion who are struggling financially. After the movie we will hold a discussion about abortion access, how men and people who don’t get pregnant can support, and what the state of the movement is in Spring 2022.
Date and Time: Tuesday, May 17, 7:00 – 8:30 PM
