Bucks workshop on nonprofit marketing set
The Bucks County Center for Nonprofit Management is offering a workshop on Braving the Marketing/Communications “S.W.A.M.P.”: Special Events, Websites, Advertising, Media Relations, and Publications for the Harried Nonprofit Professional on Wednesday, October 14th from 8:30am to noon at the Pennsylvania Center for Biotechnology, 3805 Old Easton Road in Doylestown.
The workshop will be led by Phil Arkow, formerly Marketing & Communications Officer of the Philadelphia Foundation, and will seek to show participants why marketing and communications should be among a nonprofit’s highest organizational priorities. Arkow will teach some of the tricks of the trade used by nonprofits who have to make do with limited resources.
