Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of Managing Director of Program Design. The Managing Director of Program Design will be responsible for leading a team working to fuse Springboard offerings and a partner’s needs to design a FELA program (family educator learning accelerator) for that partner. A successful candidate will be skillful at team-building, strategic thinking, communication, and developing direct reports.

The Managing Director of Program Design will report to the VP of Partner Success and work as part of the Partner Success Leadership Team at Springboard. This is a great opportunity to support Springboard’s tradition of consultative sales and collaborative partnerships. Program Designers partner with local leaders to design FELA programs that are personalized according to local context. At Springboard we believe that families, teachers, and local leaders have strengths and assets that are best realized through shared leadership. To that end, Springboard programs are customizable and always led by local leaders. Springboard’s Program Design Team prioritizes the important work of understanding local context and deepening community engagement through partnership phases of outreach, consultation, involvement, collaboration, and shared leadership.
