Ever wish you knew ways to move from conflict to a resolution? Or ensure that difficult conversations are productive ones? In this workshop, participants will learn practical techniques to manage organizational conflict by learning to separate peoples real needs from hard-and-fast positions, understand the
perspectives of those with whom you disagree, and address the role of identity and feelings in conflict situations. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions.
