This technical position is responsible for developing and maintaining software programs and customizing database applications to support data management. This position requires a hands-on manager who will build databases, analyze data and implement changes to software systems to ensure data quality and efficient processing. This position is also responsible for developing reports and data stored procedures. This technical position is responsible for database administration and building database applications to automate data management tasks. The Manager of Programming will assess current database, systems and applications to create efficiencies and update processes aligned to future strategies, support decision making processes related to technical issues, and provide consultation to technical programmers and administrative staff in regards to programmatic problems. The individual should possess cross-functional skills in the general technical and business analysis disciplines.
