This position is located in the Field Financial Management Center, Department of the Chief Financial Officer, Corporation for National and Community Service, Philadelphia, PA.

The Management and Budget Specialist serves as the technical expert for budget and management analysis in support of field operations. Performs at full performance level a full range of budget and management analysis functions to include budget development, execution, issue analysis, management analysis of work process systems to optimally use resources and increase productivity in the field and Head Quarter management system.
