Nonprofit Center offers management assistance
The Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University has created The Management Assessment Plan as part of its consulting offerings to local nonprofits.
The MAP offers an economical way to gather critical data about an organization and its ability to operate effectively and fulfill its mission. By identifying key areas that may be hindering function and performance, board and staff become equipped to make informed decisions and choices that give a clear vision of where the organization is going and the best way to get there.
