OSTRC ACADEMY SESSION:
Making the Most of Networking
Professional networking is an important but sometimes overlooked component of OST staff development. The OSTRC will explore networking strategies and provide tips, role playing opportunities, and tools to enhance staff’s comfort and confidence with this professional skill. In addition, the OSTRC will share information about several networking events in the Philadelphia area.
