Making Performance Management Happen

Webinar focuses on performance management
Perform Well will sponsor a free online seminar, Making Performance Management Happen on Thursday, February 7th from 3-4pm.
Many organizations are attempting to develop a performance management infrastructure to improve client outcomes and better allocate resources. However, there is little guidance on what this infrastructure should look like, how it can be developed and sustained over time, and how to overcome the challenges that occur while building evaluation capacity within an organization.
Nonprofit practitioners are faced with questions such as how to get started with data collection, how to develop performance management processes, which people should be at the table, or how to create a data-based decision-making environment; this webinar will help to address those questions. The presenters will discuss their experiences working with a wide range of organizations to implement the ‘performance management cycle’ over time and how data and information can be used to improve services for clients, program quality, and overall organizational effectiveness.
