Maintenance/Facility Supervisor

Provider of emergency shelter services and transitional housing seeks an experienced supervisor to manage maintenance and repairs in its program facilities, offices and scattered site housing units. The candidate should have a range of construction and maintenance skills and experience, including light electrical, plumbing, general carpentry and renovation work. Experience in supervising maintenance personnel, working with contractors, suppliers, etc., is required. Primary responsibilities will include managing day to day operations in the shelter and administrative offices located at our 50,000+ sq. ft. facility in West Philadelphia. The position will also include support of maintenance and renovation work in scattered site rental units. Good organizational skills and a passion for bringing order to chaos are required. Salary: 32,000+, depending on experience, plus benefits.
