Maintenance Worker, Abington YMCA

Maintenance Worker:
Under the direction of the Executive Director, ensure effective physical plant operation and maintenance of the entire complex for all assigned facilities. Perform routine and preventative maintenance as per maintenance calendar. Inform management on any foreseeable problems with the facility. Perform any repairs or renovations to the facility as required. Manage projects, contractors and vendor relationships and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget expectations.
Requirements:
Technical high school or equivalent with 6 – 8 years of building maintenance experience.
Certification in a trade such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and HVAC.
