Real Estate Development Training Series: Low Income Housing Tax Credit Course

The purpose of this course is to provide training to organizations that are currently involved in real estate development and plan to use Low Income Housing Tax Credit financing to build residential units. The course will feature an overview of the federal tax credit program allocation process, how the program is administered, a detailed discussion of a qualified allocation plan, and a detailed discussion of ranking criteria.
The conference is October 26 from 9:30am until noon.
